Medieval Exhibition Day
Recently, the Humanities team sent home a message on ManageBac to all 6th grade parents giving details of our Medieval Studies unit. All 6th grade students will be researching a topic of their choice and preparing a presentation to share their learning with classmates and visitors. You are all welcome to join us for our Medieval Exhibition on December 15th, from 8:40-9:40am in the Middle School Hall.
Walking Towards Zero Hunger
The theme of "sustainability" is interwoven throughout our curriculum in the middle school and is featured prominently during our Week Without Walls trips. The school will be sponsoring a walk on December 17th to further highlight the importance of sustainability as its relates to poverty and food scarcity. Please click on this link to learn more about our plans.
Taxi Drop off and pick ups
As part of our constant review of our security systems to ensure the ISS is a truly safe learning environment, we have made a change to our policy of allowing taxis onto campus:
No taxis will be allowed to enter Paterson campus. The guards will be instructed to have passengers alight before the gate and the taxi will make a U turn in front of the former OFS gate to exit.
Hour of Code
On Saturday 12th of December Mr. Gallagher will be hosting an Hour of Code family event in the Library. Come along and enjoy creating and coding with the whole family. Places are limited so please use this link to sign up .
